Police arrests two on the charge of attempting to traffic two girls to India

Police arrested 58-year-old Phul Kumari Tharu and 36-year-old Shiva Nepali aka Shiva Sarki from Mainahiya on September 19 while they were trafficking two girls aged 14 and 17 years to India.
Police arrested them on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girls with the help of their parents at District Police Office saying that the two tried to take them to India for sell luring them with enticing job prospects on September 18.
Police are further investigating the incident. The rescued girls underwent a medical examination at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa.
