Police arrested 55-year-old Harkajit Rai of Manebhanjyang rural municipality-1 Moli Phasku on Saturday night on the charge of attacking his neighbour with a sharp weapon. Police deployed from Nisankhe police post immediately after being reported that Harkajit attacked his neighbour 72-year-old Bishwo Bahadur Rai and his wife 65-year-old Ratnamaya Rai with an axe during a dispute. The elderly couple who sustained serious injuries in the attack is undergoing treatment at Mission Hospital. Police are further investigating the incident.
