13-year-old  Milan Dura of Myagdey Rural Municipality- 7, Kanale has been tied around a pole with rope tied to his waist and kept at home by his parents.   Along with psycho-social disability the child has other physical disability and cannot walk properly according to mother Nanumaya Dura. In his early years when the child started showing problems he was tied to rope as the family had no money for treatment and were unknown about treatment centers.
