Police, on the morning of 27th September, have arrested 25-year-old Kalaam Miya aka Abdul of Dharan-9 municipality, Gautampath on the charge of physically assaulting Purna Limbu of Dharan-19 with a pair of scissors on 26th September.

Purna,  son of ward head of ward number 19 of Dharan sub-metropolitan city, was so seriously injured in the abdominal area that he had to undergo surgery on the night of 27th September. The injured Limbu is undergoing treatment at B.P. Koirala health institute in Dharan.
