Locals picket Bahuwarba Police Station in Dhanusha

Locals outraged after police tried to abduct two children in a border area of Dhanusha.
Bijaya Sah Halwawi, a 16-year-old resident of Nagarain Municipality was taken into control at Khirkhiya, Birta by Constable Prem Shankar Thakur while he was returning on a motorcycle at around 11 on Tuesday.
The locals alleged that Thakur Handcuffed Bijay and 11-year-old Rajkumar Mandal and was trying to take them to India.
The locals have picketed Bahuwarba Police Station saying police have beaten children by taking them under control.
