Nepal police on October 16 has registered a complaint of rape against  30-year-old Sundar Mukhiya of Dakneshwori municipality-8.  

The accused on September 20 raped the woman when her husband had gone for fishing, said the 25-year-old victim. She had filed a complaint of rape on September 23 at the Saptari district police office. 

The victim underwent a medical examination in Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital at Rajbiraj. The accused is absconding.
