The chief administrative officer and accountant of the Sarkhu Prasuni Rural Municipality of Parsa have been attacked.

Chairperson of Sakhuwa Prasuni Village Ward No- 6, Lal Bahadur Yadav, along with a group of other five, attacked and beat the Chief Administrative Officer of his own Rural Municipality Sandesh Yadav and Accountant Akhilesh Sahani. They were attacked at around 4 p.m on Sunday while returning from the village executive office.

According to Chief Administrative Officer Sandesh Yadav, the Ward Chairperson Lal Bahadur Yadav who had been pressing him to release a payment since some time attacked him and Accountant Akalesh Sahani for refusing to release the payment.

The mirror of Tata sumo used by chief administrative officer and accountant, bearing the plate number Ba 15 Cha 6879 has been broken in the attack. They have also filed complaints against the attack at District Administration Office Parsa and District Police Office Parsa.
