Sindhupalchowk, Balikalaai youn durvyavahargareko aropma giraftar. Ram Bahadur Thapa, 19, of Kunchok VDC-5 and Rajendra Thapa, 20, of the same VDC has been arrested by the police on December 2 from Chautara Bazar on charge of sexual abusing a 15-year-old girl. According to the victim, the accused molested her when came out from a photo studio in Chautara Bazar. The victim lodged a complaint at District Police Office with the help of District Child Welfare Committee. The accused were kept at District Police Office following a health checkup, according to the police.
