Saptari/November 18, Two bombs planted near Election commission in Rajbiraj municipality-5 and near the western bus stop in Rajbiraj municipality-3 have been defused by Nepal Army on November 18. Both bombs were defused by a bomb disposal team deployed from Shree Krishna Dal Battalion. The local people had called police when they saw a suspicious device in the same places. SP Dinesh Amatya said that police had suspected that the bombs were planted by the CPN-M and the investigation on incident is underway.
