Ex-cadre of outlawed Biplov led NCP arrested

Police arrested Gandaki Burea Member of outlawed Biplov led Nepal Communist Party(NCP) Binod Sonam, the temporary resident of Pokhara Municipality-16, on November 7. Police arrested him in suspicion of his involvement in the explosion of Improvised Explosive Device(IED) in front of the Election Commission's office in Kaski.
Sonam had resigned from the party a few days ago.
