Police arrested 30-year-old Santosh Bista, Manager of Subash Institute of Sundarharaicha Municipality-9 from Itahari-6, Sunsari on the charge of raping a 22-year-old girl of Morang on July 1.
According to Police, they arrested Bista on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim stating that the Bista raped her at his cabin on July 1.
According to the Area Police Office, Itahari the investigation is going on.
