The Youth Struggle Committee staged a demonstration in Jitpur on November 11, protesting against the inclusion of the Kalapani area in the Indian political map. During the protest, the demonstrators chanted slogans like" Our country is dearer than our lives." The rally which started from the Vegetable Market ended in Teda Chowk and formed a mass gathering, which was addressed by several women leaders.
