A leader of the ruling socialist party, who had participated in the protest when the Chinese Foreign Minister arrived in Nepal, has been arrested.
Police have arrested Sunita Sah, the leader of the Socialist Party, from Rajbiraj saying that she may protest during the Chinese President Xi Chin ping visit to Nepal.
Police Chief SP Krishna Prasai informed that She was arrested from her house in Rajbiraj-6 Saptari on the basis of correspondence by Metropolitan Police Circle Kamal Pokhari.
She was in the protest which was staged in front of the Chinese Embassy while Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Bhau had arrived in Nepal saying that Nepali women were being taken to China and was abused.
