Rukum, Balatkarko aropma chaar jana giraftaar. The District Police Office has arrested four persons on December 4 on charge of raping a 25-year-old woman. Krishna BK, 21, Sagar Roka, 23, Ramlal Buda, 24, and Bal Bahadur Khattri, 25, of Chhibang VDC-4 were arrested following a complaint filed by the victim on November 29. According to the victim, she was raped by them on November 28. Inspector Kishananda Bhatta of the District Police Office said that the accused went to the house of the victim under the pretext of drinking alcohol and raped her as she was going towards toilet. Bhatta said that the accused had been charged with rape.
