Hunger Strike staged in Kathmandu demanding the reinstatement of Hinduism

Free Civil Society started a 72-hour long hunger strike, Satyagraha, in Shanti Batika from the early morning of November 17 demanding the reinstatement of Monarchy and Hindu state.  The supporters of monarchy and people affiliated with Shiva Sena Nepal were present in the strike, which had a banner of ex-King Gyanendra Shah and ex-Queen Komal Rajya Devi Shah. 

The Satyagraha is staged to reinstate Hinduism in the country, where more than 95 percent of the citizens are Hindhu, which is vital for the development of the country, said a central member of Shiva Sena,  Chiranbir Pratap Khadka.
