SSP Dev Bahadur Bogati of the Federal Police Unit, Dhangadhi has come under limelight due to an accident that took place on Saturday night in Krishnapur, Kanchanpur. A motorcycle and truck collided, in which Dinesh Rana and Sunil Rana were killed, who were on the motorcycle. 

The SSP was drunk while he reached the scene of the accident. He then started to verbally abuse Rana's relatives. Rana's relatives snatched SSP’s phone and submitted it to Jhalari P.S. SSP has been allegedly accused of beating the relatives of the deceased in an attempt to save the truck driver.
