Journalist affiliated to Chand-led group arrested

Police have arrested journalist Prahlad Neupane, thought to be affiliated to Chand-led group from Mudkhu. According to DSP Balnar Singh Rana of Metropolitan Police Circle Balaju, police arrested Prahlad from Mudkhu while he was extorting donations from a house. Police also arrested Prahlad's brother Ramchandra Neupane during the same time, but police released him after a brief interrogation.
Police are further investigating against Prahlad.
