On November 27, a candidate of Nepali Congress was manhandled in Dogdakedar rural municipality -4, Baitadi. He was attacked by the cadres of CPN-Maoist at night and he managed to save his life by fleeing the scene. According to the chief district officer, only verbal information was received about the incident.
