24-year-old Ramesh Rai of Tuwachung Municipality-7 died on December 12 from physical assault from Ashok Rai, Balaram Rai and Babin Rai of Tuwachung Municipality-9, Salle Tallo Chichinga during a dispute while returning from construction work.  Ramesh Rai was injured from the assault and was admitted to a clinic in Haleshi, where he died there. 

All the accused are absconding. Police launched a manhunt to nab the absconding perpetrators.  The locals said the victim and the accused were drunk during the dispute.
