The cadres of Nepal Communist Party-affiliated with Biplov smeared the soot on Ramchabila Chaudary,  the principal of Rastriye Secondary School of Ghodaghodi Municipality-1, on December 14. They did so citing the financial irregularities over the construction of the wall of the school and for not giving the salary to the teachers in a timely manner, said Inspector Yekchyaraj Joshi. 

He further added that the police are investigating the incident and are searching for the accused even though the victim had not filed the complaint thus far.
