Police arrested two cadres of Chand-led CPN on December 17 from Sanibheri Rural Municipality-3.
The police arrested 19-year-old Basanta Chand of Aathbiskot Municipality-1 and 16-year-old Atiram Rokaya of Chaurjahari Municipality-4. DSP Sumit Khadka of District Police Office, Rukum East, police arrested the duo after they received a complaint that they collected donations from schools and businesses. Khadka shared that Chand is a District Committee member and Rokaya is affiliated to the student union affiliated to Chand-led CPN.
