Locals of Kharpunath Rural Municipality have accused Nepali Congress cadres of breaking into food depot (sales center) situated in Kharpunath-5 on December 20 and distributing rice to Nepali Congress cadres. 

The locals shared that the rice should have been distributed in the presence of the employees of Nepal Food Corporation, police administration, local representatives and contractors. However, congress cadres unlawfully distributed the rice to their cadres by breaking the lock of the food depot.
