Janakpur In-charge of Biplov led NCP arrested

Dhanusha Police, on December 19, arrested Rohit Dhakal, the Janakpur In-charge of outlawed Nepal Communist Party(NCP) led by Biplov, from Janakpur Bazar, said Inspector Umashankar Prasad Shah. Dhakal had been hiding away in Janakpur in the disguise of a journalist, the police said. Police are further investigating the incident. Police suspect his involvement in Mahendranagar Bombing.
