Complaint of torture filed at NHRC against police

The family of 18-year-old Dilip Yadav of Kohalpur-15 filed a complaint at National Human Rights Commission, Nepalgunj on January 8 stating that police tortured him in custody.
Police had arrested Yadav on the charge of theft on December 29. Yadav received treatment at Nepalgunj Nursing Home on January 2 and again on January 6.
