Khotang,Baalika balatkaarma aaropit giraftaar. Khotang/December 17 Police have arrested Sanjib Dhaulakot, 18, of Rakhabangdel VDC-9 on December 17 on charge of raping a 7-year-old girl. Family of the girl had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on December 16 accusing Sanjib of raping the girl on December 12 while no one was at home. Inspector Ramesh Basnet of the Area Police Office Aiselukharka said that the accused was arrested following the complaint. Health check-up of the victim was conducted at Diktel Hospital on December 16. DSP Govind Kumar Sah said that the accused would be charged under rape.
