On November 25, an Indian national from Shilliguri West Bengal was arrested for trying to kidnap a girl in Rajbiraj. According to the police he only spoke Bengali language so they had a hard time communicating with him and he also acted like he was mentally disturbed.
While the five year old girl was on her way to school, the man lured her with chocolates and Indian currency of Rs.100. While the girl was walking with the person, the locals recognized her and was recused and the perpetrator was arrested.
