Police arrested Kebal Bahadur on the charge of beating 66-year-old Bal Bahadur Sunuwar of Katari Municipality-10 to death. Kebal Bahadur assaulted Bal Bahadur on Monday night over a dispute. Kebal succumbed to injuries on Tuesday while receiving treatment.
