Makwanpur, balatkaarka aaropitlaai 12 barsha kaid. The District Court Makawanpur has slapped 12-year sentence to S ukaman Syangtan, 18, of Agra VDC-3 for raping a 4-year-old girl. The court also ordered to extract 45 thousand rupees from the perpetrator to provide the victim. A bench of District Judge Dipendra Adhikari on January 1 convicted Sukaman of the crime. Family of the victim had filed a complaint against the perpetrator accusing him of raping the girl while she was alone at home.
