Complaint was filed against Prakash Acharya (39), Inspector of the Armed Police Force-Border Security Post Sunpathari, by the Vice Principal of Yugbodh Basic School, Sunpathari, Khim Bahadur Khatri (37) on 14 February, 2020 at the District Administration Office (DAO) for beating him. 

On 11 February 2020, Inspector Acharya beat him for no reason and also imprisoned him for half an hour. He was released after the locals pleaded for it. Khatri has requested for security at the DAO. Khatri was treated at the Rapti Health Science Academy on 12 February 2020. Khatri hasn’t gone to the school to teach due to insecurity. CDO Govinda Rijal said, preparation is being done for their discussion and reconciliation.
