RJP cadres attempt to smear black soot on Minister

Cadres of Rastriya Janata Party (RJP) attempted to smear black soot on Nawal Kishor Sah, Social Development Minister of Province 2, on Saturday morning at Janakpurdham.
Police arrested almost a dozen cadres who attempted to humiliate the minister. On Friday, Gyanendra Jha, a member of the Board of Directors of RJP, and Sah had a discussion. Later, Jha had written posted on social media warning Sah of smearing black soot on him if he dared to attend any program in Janakpur.
