48-year-old Satyendra Prasad Yadav, a health worker at Sindingwa Health Post, has accused 37-year-old Prakash Rai of assaulting him. Rai is a spokesperson of Sidingwa Rural Municipality and a member of the executive committee.
Rai allegedly assaulted him on February 17 at Sindingwa ward-3 over a discussion about the recruitment and transfer of health workers.
