Area Police Office Abukhaireni has arrested Samjana Karki, 40, from Abukhaireni Rural Municipality-3 Tanahun on the charge of killing her husband Rambahadur Karki, 60. On the morning of February 1, Rambahadur was found dead in his house and the incident was informed to the police by his wife. The incident happened on January 31.

According to Inspector, Buddhi Subedi of Area Police Station Abukhaireni, investigation showed that Samjhana, the wife of the deceased, was involved in the murder and the police arrested her on February 20. 

Police have filed a murder charge against Samjhana. Inspector Subedi shared that there might be the involvement of other people as well.
