Locals padlocked the ward office of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-4 stating that the ward office should not be relocated. Locals have locked the ward office in Rakshachaur Majuwa since March 3 in protest of the move. Work has come to a standstill due to the long-standing lockout.
