The district court in Chitwan has sent Taraman BK, 34, of Baghauda VDC-8 to prison for investigation on January 9 on charge of raping a 19-year-old woman. Family of the victim had filed a complaint at the police on December 18, 2013 accusing Taraman of raping her after taking her inside a house in Kalyanpur VDC on December 15. The complaint states that the victim is psychologically challenged. Inspector Jibalal Chudali said that the accused was arrested the same day and presented before court.
