Nuru Sherpa, 45, of Kaku VDC-9 has filed a complaint at the District Police Office in Solukhumbu on January 9 accusing husband Lakpa Jangmu Sherpa, 42, of injuring her. According to the victim, Lakpa stabbed her with a knife on the evening of January 7 over a domestic dispute. Inspector Narayan Bhattarai of the DPO Solukhumbu said that the victim sustained cut injuries in her face. She is undergoing treatment in District Hospital Phaplu. Inspector Bhattarai said that accused would be arrested and action would be taken against him.
