Teacher affiliated with Biplov's Teacher Union arrested

Police deployed from Province 2 Police Office and Dhanusha District Police office arrested 50-year-old Gauri Narayan Mandal of Mithila Bihari Municipality-3 on March 1. Mandal is the central level deputy chairperson of the teacher's union affiliated with outlawed Nepal Communist Party(Biplov). He is the suspect of the bomb detonation incident in Mahendranagar of Chirreshwornath Municipality-5 which took the life of three including that of an SP of police.
