Chitwan, balika balatkaarka aropit balak abhivahakko jimma. The district court of Chitwan has ordered to hand over the accused underage rapist, a 12-year-old boy to their parents on January 12. The boy has been accused of raping 8-year-old girl. The single bench of District Judge Binod Mohan Acharya ordered to hand over the boy to their parents on date under the Child Act 1991 as he was underage. The boy will be in direct supervision of the court regarding his activities in school and in daily life. The accused boy had raped the girl on December 12 while coming back home after school. The victim had lodged a complaint at police on December 20.
