The locals padlocked the ward offices of ward numbers 5, 6 and 7 of Dilasaini Rural Municipality showing their dissatisfaction over the naming of the center of the municipality. The services of the rural municipality--including the recommendation for citizenship certificates and the issue of birth certificates--have been affected by the padlocking.
