Morang,Apharanma sanglangn bhayeko aropma teen jana giraftar. Police have arrested Surkhet men on January 17 on charge of being involved in the abduction of Milan Muktan, 36, of Madumalla VDC-6. The arrestees were Prem Prasad Sapkota, 30, of Satanpani VDC-9, Bhupal Gautam, 25, of Satanpani VDC-2 and Kamal Rana, 27, of Ratu VDC-8. Muktan managed to call for help after being taken about 500 meters from his home. Locals and Police jointly rescued him. SP Bishwaraj Pokharel of District Police Office, Morang said that they were preparing charge sheet under Abduction and Hostage Taking Act. SP Pokharel said that the third party could have hired the men to abduct him in relation to the dispute over monetary matter.
