Jagat Moktan, a resident of Kailash Rural Municipality-8 in Makwanpur sustained serious injury after being shot with a home-made gun by an unidentified person on Friday. According to Surj Bahadur Thing, ward chairperson of ward 8, Moktan was shot on his left shoulder. His condition is very serious and is being rescued through a helicoptor.
Update: It was later revealed that Jagat was shot by 30-year-old Tokan aka Rudra Bahadur Moktan of Kailash Ruralmunicipality-8 Aankhetar.
