Police arrests Chand-led group's cadre involved in IED explosion

Police arrested a cadre of Netra Bikram Chand-led group from Dhanusha on Thursday. The arrested has been identified as 35-year-old Ganga Mandal Khatwe of Dhanushadham Municipality-3. Police arrested Khatwe on the charge of his involvement in a bomb detonation at the house of Rajesh Sah in Chhireshwornath Municipality-5 on December 14, 2019 which killed 3 persons including an inspector of Nepal Police. Police arrested Khatwe from his home Tejnagar of Dhanushadham.
