Biplov cadres allegedly attacked two persons of Bakaiya Rural municipality in Makawanpur on Tuesday for refusing to give a donation to the group. According to Provincial Assembly Member Prem Bahadur Pulami, Budhhiman Waiba and Tirthalal Thokar of Bakaiya-1 sustained injuries in the beating.
