Paanchthar,bahuvivahka aaropit dhroti ma riha. Sarna Kumar Rai, 20, of Sarangdanda VDC-2 and Babita Rai of ward no. 3 of same place have been released by the District Court order on February 4. The couple, who were arrested on charge of polygamy, were released after posting a bail amount of Rs 30,000. The court order came following the discussion on statement presented by the office of the district government attorney. Sarna Kumar's first wife Sharmila Lawati Rai, 19, had filed a complaint of polygamy against him at the District Police Office on January 26. Police arrested the couple a day later. Sharmila who was married to Sarna a year ago stated in her complaint that he had married second wife on December 20, 2013.
