Biplov's cadre arrested from Salyan

Police arrested 46-year-old Bhim Bahadur Rawat, a cadre of outlawed Nepal Communist Party(NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov). Rawat is the resident of Kumakh Rural Municipality -2. A complaint was filed against him after a pistol was found in his home on October 4.
