CAO assaults Deputy Chairperson

Top Bahadur Buda, the Chief Administrative Officer(CAO) of Hima Rural Municipality, assaulted the deputy-chairperson Himali Rakaya during the executive meeting of the rural municipality on April 24. Buda assaulted Rokaya by using verbal slurs when the agendas of relief distribution, social security allowances, and the rescue of stranded locals were being discussed.
