Saptari,baalvivahka aropit giraftaar. Police have arrested Kalam Rain, 40, of Harsar of Gopalpur VDC-9, Dhanusha on charge of marrying a 14-year-old girl. Rain was arrested in Rajbiraj Municipality-2 on February 15. District Police Office said that they arrested Rain after getting tips that he had married the girl on February 14 and was staying at her natal home. Rain and the girl were taken to Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital, Rajbiraj Municipality-3 for medical checkup. He said that he had two sons from first wife. DSP Raj Kumar Baidwar said that a case of child rape would be filed against him.
