Man arrested on charge of scissor attack in Lalitpur

A 30-year-old man was arrested from Balkumari, Lalitpur on the charge of injuring his neighbor by attacking him with scissors. Bashant Darlami of Balkumari, Lalitpur attacked 20-year-old youth of Thakurdwara Municipality-2, Bardiya on Monday night. The victim was sent to Patan hospital for treatment. Police is further investigating the incident.
