Youths in Bara district have burned the effigy of Chinese President Xi Jinping expressing dissatisfaction over Chinese media’s tweet that claimed the world’s highest peak Mt. Everest lies in China.
The China Global Television Network (CGTN), had a couple of days back, tweeted claiming Chomulongma, the highest peak of the world, belongs to China.
