Morang/ February 24 The family of a 7-year-old girl has lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on February 23 accusing Dinesh Danuwar, 20, of Belbari VDC-4 of raping her. The victim was pretexted and raped by an accused according to the family. Police arrested the accused, who worked as rickshaw puller, on the same day. The victim had a medical checkup at BPKIHS, Dharan on February 23. Investigation regarding the incident is underway, Police Inspector Nawaraj Karki of Belbari Area Police Office said.
