Man arrested on charge of murdering neighbor

Police arrested 27-year-old Jayanath Yadav of Sonma Rural Municipality-3 on Thursday morning on the charge of strangling 67-year-old Diplal Yadav to death. Jayanath allegedly drowned Diplal in a public pond after strangling him. Further investigation is underway.
